At CLC, we follow the teachings of Dr. Becky Bailey, whose social-emotional Conscious Discipline program helps us create a School Family in our classrooms, allowing teachers and children to reclaim joy, helpfulness and caring as the foundation for educational success.

At CLC, we provide our teachers with training in Conscious Discipline.  We also offer our parents with access to materials to help them learn more about this philosophy so that they may practice it with their children at home.
