Guest Services exists to offer hospitality to guests and members by connecting people to GCC. If you’re new at GCC, look for someone from Guest Services in a red polo. They are here to serve you!
Join our team as we develop healthy relationships, use our God-given gifts, and grow in our relationship with Christ through serving.
How you can help:
When you serve: Each volunteer serves one service, one Sunday, once a month
Where you serve: Everywhere from our parking lot to our lobby (The connection begins the minute they drive onto our campus!)
Who can serve: Youth and above
Volunteer Positions:
Greeting: Our Greeting Ministry Team positions themselves at the entrances of the church, offering a friendly smile, a warm welcome, and directions to our visitors as they arrive for the service.
Café: The café service is naturally separated into three primary functional areas: kitchen staff, serving staff, and refreshment providers. We have positions for café assistance in the kitchen, servers behind the refreshment counter for each service, and refreshment providers for those who like to bake.
Welcome Hosts: The primary purpose of a Welcome Host is to warmly welcome guests to GCC by serving as a first point of contact and answering basic questions about the church.
Lobby Hosts: Host Team Members welcome all guests upon entering the lobby, answer questions, and help guests find their way around the church.
Parking attendants: The Traffic team at the church involves communicating with other attendants and church guests to find available parking spaces and directing guests to park their vehicles safely and efficiently.
