Employment Ministry

OUR MISSION:

The First Step Employment Ministry is a community initiative that assists those in need of obtaining or improving employment.  This is accomplished through proactive and creative training, resources, mentoring and the spiritual gifts of our volunteers.

HOW WE CAN HELP:

First Step is a safe place for those in need and is confidential. We give a “hand up”, not a “hand out” to those who want to take control of their job searching success.  Your success is driven by how much you put into the process.  Your future is in your own hands, we’re here to help because we believe that no one should walk alone.
